How to assign & unassign tasks, and the difference between each action.
- You could select to assign one or multiple field users to a task
- This is a task that is unassigned to a field user
- This task has been finished by the field user and can’t be reassigned
You could also assign and unassign one or multiple tasks at once using the checkbox and apply the Action:
- Choose all Tasks by checking this checkbox to apply an Assign or Unassign Action
- This task is checked and would be affected by the Action you choose
- The unchecked task would not be affected by Assign or Unassign action
- Action button to see available action
- Assign and Unassign action that would affect the checked Task
A task can only be completed by its current assignee.If a user works on a task while offline on Mobile App and is unassigned before the device syncs, the task completion will be rejected, and any offline data for that task will not be saved. To prevent data loss, ensure the task remains assigned until synchronization is complete.
